I love this article by Dr. Colleen Carroll because it isn’t just about adding one more thing to our daily to do list. Dr. Carroll first suggests that we stop multi-tasking and, instead, do each thing one at a time. In this way we can do it with care, gratitude, and mindfulness. In return, not only will we have accomplished the task we needed to, but we also will have gained moments of calm and relaxation. Now our regular daily tasks can be more enjoyable, and the moments of peace they provide will benefit us on all levels… mind, body, and spirit.
